On August 6, 2025, Aigre organized a special training session on the "UN5-150ZB6 Mobile Narrow-body Rail Flash Butt Welder" for China Railway First Engineering Group, Fourth Engineering Group, and Fourteenth Engineering Group, aiming to enhance personnel's operational and maintenance capabilities.
During the training, the after-sales engineer team systematically covered equipment operation specifications, fault diagnosis, and emergency response plans for unexpected situations through practical demonstrations and case analyses, so as to strengthen the participants' practical skills. Meanwhile, mechanical and electrical engineers from the technical department conducted an in-depth analysis of the welding machine's mechanical structure design principles and key technologies of the electrical control system by means of equipment dissection and principle diagrams, providing theoretical support for handling complex equipment faults.
This highly targeted training was highly praised by the participating units. Aigre will continue to carry out cutting-edge technical training to provide strong technical support for the high-quality development of China's railway transportation.
